About this Class
Wednesdays 10.45-11.45am
Start your journey to improving posture, flexibility and strength and feeling stronger in both body and mind. These classes will introduce, or reintroduce you to some of the fundamental yoga poses, focusing on good alignment and introducing awareness to the breath. Some of the many benefits of these classes include improvement in posture and breathing, increased tone, strength and flexibility and an ability to cope better with stress and life off the mat.
This is the start of your own yoga journey.
Class Fees & Booking
10 Class Package - £90 (£9 per class)
5 Class Package - £50 (£10 per class)
Pay-as-you-go - £12 per class

(Code can be used for any 60 minute yoga class).
