About this Class
Tuesdays 10.45-11.45pm
The beauty of yoga is that it is inclusive, especially at Place Eight Wellness. Anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can benefit from having yoga in their life. No matter what your ability, yoga will improve flexibility of joints, strength and stability as well as improving the ability of your mind to cope with stress and pain.
The emphasis of these classes is on support of the individual. Firstly, your teacher will explore your own range of movement and find appropriate modifications to support your needs. This could be a chair, floor mat or blocks.
You will be guided through conscious breathing to help calm the mind and eased through moves aimed at gently increasing flexibility, strength and mobility of joints. All movements will be adapted depending on your own individual requirements. Your class will finish with a period of relaxation.
Class Fees & Booking
10 Class Package - £90 (£9 per class)
5 Class Package - £50 (£10 per class)
Pay-as-you-go - £12 per class
