About this Class
Tuesdays 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Thursdays 9.30 - 10.30am
Fridays 9.30-10.30am
This general Hatha class will suit both those fairly new to yoga as well as those with more experience.
Your teacher will guide you through postures designed to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.
Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, exploring the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Class Fees & Booking
10 Class Package - £90 (£9 per class)
5 Class Package - £50 (£10 per class)
Pay-as-you-go - £12 per class
