Beginners Course (4 weeks)
About this Class
Saturday 9.30-10.30am, for 4 weeks
This six week course is for complete beginners who wish to gain competency in the practise. It will provide you with a firm foundation to attend future classes and continue your yoga journey with confidence, by building knowledge and skills week on week.
You’ll be introduced to the wonders of yoga, with its mix of Eastern and Western ideas and provided with explanations of some of the terminology and commonly used practices. On a practical level the course will give you the guidance and support to understand the fundamental yoga poses (asanas), with a focus on mastering correct alignment. You’ll also learn how to breathe properly, together with relaxation techniques.
Throughout the course your physical abilities will develop and you’ll see an improvement in posture and breathing, tone, strength and flexibility and an ability to cope better with life’s challenges as well as an increased sense of wellbeing.
Class Fees & Booking
Cost £40.00 per 4 week course.
You will be automatically pre-booked onto each week of this 4 week course.
If you book this course but need to cancel before the start date please do so with one week’s notice. We can’t refund you after this time.
