Vinyasa Flow
About this Class
The practise focusses on connecting individual poses (asanas) with deep breaths or ‘pranayama’ in a series of flowing sequences of movement.
Vinyasa Flow is designed to progressively open the body with each sequence building upon the previous, evolving into deeper, more advanced postures as the practice unfolds. Strength, flexibility and stability are improved. The practice culminates with a deep sense of mindfulness, self-connection and clarity.
This Vinyasa yoga class will include a range of standing, seated and supine poses, twists, balancing postures, forward folds, inversions, back bends and targeted core strengthening. They may include guided meditation, chanting, or breathwork, and all classes end in a state of utter relaxation in Corpse Pose or “Savasana.”
