Friday - 9.40am and 12.00pm.
We are currently offering two Pilates classes, both on Fridays, run by the amazing Louisa Harris from Louisa Harris Pilates. Louisa has over 10 years experience as a Body Control Pilates teacher and is also a Supervising Teacher for trainee Body Control Pilates teachers.
If you are new to Pilates or resuming after injury or illness or after an extended break to practise join Louisa’s beginners class on Fridays at 12.00pm.
Alternatively, if you have a little experience, join her ongoing mixed ability class at 9.40 am.
Saturday 9.15 am - 10.15
Rocket is a dynamic and playful practice that builds total-body strength, flexibility and mobility, through a flowing sequence.
A deep movement-to-breath connection will energise your practice and ensure that this fast-paced flow acts is as much a work in as workout! Using the mat as a safe space to try new things, experience challenges, & find joy in perseverance, Rocket is the secret to building inner resilience and self-knowledge in a truly fun and supported environment. If you can breathe your way through Rocket, you can breathe your way through anything!
Some yoga experience needed. Not suitable for pregnancy or post-natal prior to midwife sign off.
Mondays at 9.30 am & 6pm
Join Aimee Newton, for her general Hatha class on on Mondays. Suitable for all abilities; those beginning their yoga journey as well as those with more experience.
As an Osteopath Aimee is able to adapt classes and sequences to your own ability and with a therapeutic element to her teaching, allows her to teach you even if you have areas of discomfort or minor injury.
Thursdays 8pm - 9pm
A safe, nourishing space for parents to be. These friendly, relaxing classes will provide you with a session of breathwork, relaxation, gentle yoga and bonding time between you & your bump as well as the opportunity to meet other pregnant parents-to-be.
Practising pregnancy yoga throughout your pregnancy is known to support and improve stamina and flexibility. These classes will give you tools to use during labour and birth.
