These small group classes provide a whole-body workout with a specific focus on the core stabilising muscles. With expert guidance from your teacher, low impact, mindful, controlled Pilates exercises will develop strength and flexibility, improve your posture, balance and can help ease aches and pains in your back, shoulders and hips.
As Pilates focusses on core strength, the benefits of regular Pilates practice supports both your daily movements and also and your ability and stamina to be able to take part in other physical activities such as running, hiking, skiing as well as helping to keep injuries at bay.
Leave this class feeling taller, stronger and in love with the wonderful ability of your body!

10 Class Package - £90 (£9 per class)
5 Class Package - £50 (£10 per class)
