Practising yoga during pregnancy is a beautiful way to help you to prepare both physically and emotionally for the birth of your baby, especially within a supportive, inclusive environment.
Our therapeutic prenatal classes use yoga postures, props, breath, movement, and mindfulness to encourage a healthy pregnancy and positive birth experience with minimal discomfort. These classes are dynamic and challenging but safe and appropriate for all levels, including beginners.
Classes will also strengthen your connection with your baby, and experience a deep sense of relaxation, with techniques you can take with you to help you on the rest of your pregnancy journey and beyond..
Coming to these classes is also a great way to feel part of a community of other women enjoying the same life-changing journey – often the starting place for deep friendships.
Class Fees & Booking
10 Class Package - £90 (£9 per class)
5 Class Package - £50 (£10 per class)
Pay-as-you-go - £12 per class
