Time to blow away the cobwebs, re-focus, be inspired and prioritise our health again!
Place Eight Wellness and Health Buddy Boot Camps have teamed up to bring you a six week boot camp class, designed to get active in the fresh air, burn fat, maximise weight-loss and increase fitness levels.
These outdoor, bodyweight (no equipment) sessions are suitable for anyone wanting to lose weight or wanting to improve their strength and fitness after lockdown. Men and women and all ages and abilities are welcome, so everyone can work at their own pace to achieve results. These are friendly, fun, non-intimidating sessions so no need to feel that you can’t attend!
Place Eight is a beautiful countryside location and classes will take place both on the decked area of the wellness centre as well as making the most of the beautiful surrounding outside spaces.

COVID-19
As you can imagine, organising events at this time is more of a challenge than usual. We want to provide you with events and classes to enjoy even though we are only able to do this with much smaller numbers than normal. But, as the situation is currently ever changing and cancellations or changes to schedules are more likely on both sides it has to be the responsibility of both parties for providing the event as well as booking onto them. As such:
If we are unable to proceed due to a Covid-19 lockdown we will rearrange the event and provide you with a credit for this. If you are unable to attend the new date we will refund you minus a 10% transaction/admin fee.
