Join us for this woodland meditation and sound experience and take some time for yourself.
During this one hour event, Sonia will gently guide you through a meditation, encouraging the space
to totally relax, re-generate and re-nourish, whilst listening to the sounds of the trees.
She will then create a beautiful soundscape with her gong, bowls and other instruments and allow the vibration of the sounds to massage your physical body, de-clutter your mind and feed your soul.
Places are limited for this event to allow for social distancing.
Please arrive at Place Eight Wellness by 11.45 am promptly to allow time to walk down to our woodland space.
We are currently asking you to bring your own mat, cushion, and refreshment. Please dress in comfortable layers and wear appropriate shoes/wellies to walk to the wood especially if wet.
This event is open to everyone but precautions should be taken if any of the following apply:
Pregnancy (not recommended in the first trimester)
Tinnitus/Meniere’s Disease/Epilepsy - or any condition which sound is sensitive
Metal implants/pins/screws/pacemaker - (sound can resonate the metal or change the rhythm of the pacemaker).
Mental health conditions, Clinical depression, Bipolar or Schizophrenia.
