This is a popular one hour personalised consultation aimed at you if you feel your current dietary habits and lifestyle choices could do with bit of an overhaul. These sessions should provide you with everything you need to get the ball rolling
Maybe you’ve developed some less than healthy eating habits or would like to understand if you could benefit from taking supplements.
Perhaps you want to ensure you are taking a proactive, preventative approach to your health or are confused by the many conflicting messages around nutrition and simply don’t know how to go about making positive changes.
We’ll ask you to complete a questionnaire and diet diary and return this prior to your consultation (if time allows). During your session, we’ll discuss your concerns, suggest how you can make improvements to your diet and whether or not you may benefit from taking supplementation.
We’ll provide you with a nutritional report, along with all your recommendations.
