Marie has over 20 years experience working with people including families and children/young people in the community and various mental health settings. She has worked with those diagnosed with Autism/ADHD and people experiencing depression, anxiety and various other complex mental health needs including trauma, PTSD, personality disorders & psychosis.

 Marie has learned how people’s lives can be adversely affected by poor mental health, which guided her to train as a BABCP accredited Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapist. She was motivated by the understanding that Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is recognised as one of the most effective forms of treatment for people coping with depression and anxiety and other emotional disorders.

Together, through the application of the skills Marie has developed during her professional training and the knowledge gained through her experience/education over the years, she continues to deliver effective support to children/young people and adults experiencing psychological distress.
